RemixTrend privacy policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
In short
We keep only what the site needs to work: your email, what you opened, your tokens. No advertising, no tracking pixels, no analytics services, and we do not sell or share your data.
What we store and why
- Email address and site language: to create your account and send sign-in codes. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your email address from them. We do not get your password and never post anything on your behalf.
- Sign-in codes: stored only as a one-way fingerprint (hash), valid for 15 minutes.
- Which trend guides you opened: to count the free guide limit.
- Token balance and AI video orders: to charge and refund tokens and show your history.
- Network address (the first part of your IP) and browser type, kept only as a keyed hash: to limit sign-in attempts and stop abuse.
- Server logs (IP address, page, browser) kept for 14 days for security and fixing errors.
- If you use competitor alerts in Telegram: your Telegram chat ID, to send you the alerts.
Cookies
Two cookies, both needed for the site to work: rt_v (a random visitor ID, 1 year: counts free guides and protects forms) and rt_s (your sign-in session, 60 days). No advertising or analytics cookies.
Emails
We send only service emails: your sign-in code and a one-time "welcome" message when your account is created. No newsletters.
Who processes the data
The site and its database run on our own server. Emails go out through our own mail server. AI videos are made by an external model provider; it receives the trend script, not your email or other personal data. Google and Facebook process sign-in under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account exists. Sign-in codes expire after 15 minutes, server logs after 14 days. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete its data within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and you can object to its processing. Write to hello@remixtrend.com from the email of your account. How to delete your data: data deletion page. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
